I have a 19 turbo s. I purchased it used with 48 miles on it. Around 52 miles and 12 hrs the fuel gauge went to empty and kicked a check engine light. It was 2 months out of the factory 6 month warranty and I had to fight with Polaris headquarters to cover the repair of a new sending unit. When the dealer replaced it under warranty they noticed and figured it had already been replaced once before. Well now I'm up to 180 miles and 23 hrs and my fuel sensor has gone out again and kicked the check engine light. I know replacing the sending unit will get it all back, problem is why does it keep burning out the sensor. Machine is completely stock with no aftermarket accessories hooked up.
