off the trailer drove around the block and stripped it to the frame. then cut it back to the frame rails. then the fun began full chromoly race cage, fuel cell and fullsize suspension seats dropped 6" from stock.

new highlifter springs
25" bighorns from my atv
viper 4000lb winch
UHMW skidplate
sealed up the dust issues inside the cab and under the bed
installed rear view mirror

I just got a rzr and was really surprised how much dust came inside the cab.....What did you do to seal the the cab and seal under the bed

 

made a snorkle kit for mine, then tested it the same day

 

Moded my nets. I only have half what they come with. Now they serve as leg minders.

 

Let it warm up since it was January. Go to take of and step dad says wait hold on! Get out and the dealer or factory must have slit a hole in one of the front radiator hoses. Of course dealer said bring it back. Of course he had to order the part so I told him to mail it directly to me.

I still went riding that day though. Went to the hardware store and bought a small peice of aluminum pipe and cut out the slit and put two hose clamps on it. :winner_smilie: Took a week for that damn hose to get to me. that was after waiting from November 1st until Jan 12th on the waiting list. WORTH EVERY SECOND AND PENNY THOUGH!

 

Ditched the stock intake after first ride. Made my own. Still working fine after a year.

 

pissed every neighbor I have from 4pm until midnight. and then again at 6Am as I was getting ready to go to work.

Found out that with my 2009 Nuclear Sunset SE, Polaris roof and Polaris 14" wheels and 26" Maxxis Bighorns ya gotta have somebody sitting on the bed in order to get it into my brand new Interstate Cargo 6X12 trailer...it just barely fits!!!

off the trailer, into the shop. put my 26-10-12 and 26-12-12 mud lites on, twe beers in the proper bev. holders, and went for an hour and a half ride to break in the motor, belt and everything else that moves, spins or whatever. aprox 40 deg. with 12-16" of wet snow covering the fields. veried the rpm and load constantly. after another 20-30 mods, it still runs better than i expected. point is you can't beat a good break in however you get it done.

 

I added heat shields after reading some of the posts on here. This forum is GREAT!!

 

Took off all the damn warning stickers and the door nets.

 

Yeah my warning stickers came off right after the nets LOL.

 

Installed bumpers and top.

 

Put 300 miles on it....
We were on a weeks vacation up at the family cabin. My girlfriend came up two days later so after all the work was done around the cabin I had a day to waste so..... I ended up at the local Polaris dealer. I always thought the RZR's were cool but after the test drive I was sold. Gotta love spur of the moment purchases !

 

Took pictures cause I knew it was never going to look that good again!

 

Took the wife for a ride around the property, then cheked the air filter for dust

 

took it up triangle hill... lots of steep climbs and tricky manouvering.. found out that you need rock sliders and a lift to not rub bottom..good thing they were in the garage waiting to go on.... . then got it muddy as hell.. brought it home and put snorkel and 27's and lift kit on it..

 

headed to the closest riding spot unloaded it and drove for 3 hrs got it all coverd in mud!!!

 

took it off trailer.drove it into my building. installed 27x10x12 and 27x12x12 mudlites with itp type 4 aluminum rims on it.

 

Installed Deluxe Brushguards, Headache Net, and Nerf Bars.....
