How durable are the Koplins? I tried a set from Super Atv on my 50" RZR with 2" offset wheels.. The Koplins look like the same material. Five weekends of riding. Only one full one left. One tree and two deep mud holes, cracked on the inside angle. The first day they worked great, kept mud off of the side and the back. The material seems to be too rigid.

I don't want to put down Super Atv as I have ordered lots from them and the service and other products has been great.

I had the same experience with the aftermarket ones from SUTV. I even heated them on install with a heat gun to stress relieve them on install. I cracked one on my second trip with minor tree rubs. I was hoping that reports of brittleness only applied to cold weather but I was wrong. They were cheap by my standards but I will keep patching them up until a more durable option is available. I have the same question about the factory "S" flairs- are they more flexible/compliant than the AF offers?

Robin, the factory S flairs are more forgiving...

My buddy has the s flares, they are more durable but wider. We ride some tight trails. 2" inches each side makes a big difference. Another buddy has the rzr s and the some of the trails we ride he is always doing the 3 point turns.

The s flares also don't go far enough back, the muskeg still ends up in the box. The super ATB rear flares do help with that.

Thanks Tim. I suspected that they would be made of the same ABS that the std. flairs are made of...which are much more compliant than the AM ones I put on.
