Gauges, no matter what they use as an input, are a good tool. However, I think a warning light (idiot) would also be a great addition to a gauge. A driver is more likely to see a light while keeping their eyes on where they are going than to keep glancing at a gauge. If a warning light was integrated into the gauge, it would be a winner for me. JMHO.
Great suggestion. Now, if we were to add a warning light to the gauges (hypothetically), would you prefer to set the warning points yourself or have them come preset? For instance, we would preset the coolant temp warning point to the factory setting, but would you rather set it yourself at a different point? We’re curious to know how much complexity the RZR guys want, or if setting it at a different point is something you don’t really care to do. Our LYNX gauges are so simple to hook up that including a settable warning light would add a layer of complexity, but if the warning light were preset it would keep things the same for you guys - quick and easy.

I would think that there is a market for both the preset and programmable units. Based on the performance enhancements of the engine. Also, a gauge with a port to plug in an external warning light to mount the light in a different location could be useful.

Great, I'll see what we can do. With the LYNX gauge installation being so quick & easy, it makes sense to start out with preset warning lights to keep that simple install flowing smoothly. Thanks for the input.
