Pulled the skid plates off my 2017 XP4 1000 and noticed Polaris only welded about 1/3 of the tube on the angled lower frame support that runs behind the front wheels. One side is fully welded but apparently the robot decided the gap on the other side was too big to fill. Pretty pathetic.

I have to say I did not expect it to work this well. 3 trips on the rzr with a mix of sand and dirt riding and the airbox/ filter is CLEAN. The last trip was in baja and I finally got around to cleaning the clutch etc. Worth the money IMO.

Picked up a cooler today at Home Depot. Normally 89 bucks on sale for $39. Looks to be built as good as yeti,rtic ect. Feels solid, nice tie down points.

I'm not sure what all is related here and the dealer couldn't answer a few questions so I'll start from the beginning. I have a 2014 Rzr4 900 LE. My battery was getting low, starting poor in cold weather so I replaced it with a new Interstate 500cca. Got to our lake cabin put the new battery...
does anyone in the Phoenix area have an alignment tool for the 2014 XP1000 they are willing to loan ??
a friend pulled his motor to rebuild it and now we need to make sure its straight and spaced
will be installing the SDI lock plate as well
