Scooty. I have one out of my 2010 le. maybe 200 miles on it. I never sent it back for the $415 core charge to ITI. I'd let it go for $300

Scooty...just curious if you don't mind is this a result of trying to get the Turf mode working or the suspected reason that it was't working?

Yes this is where I am at, everything seems to work except there is no output from the ECU to trigger the relay to energize the solenoid on the rear diff. I have tried to talk to someone at Polaris and the refuse to let you speak to anybody and I have also talked to several dealers about what's going on and they could care less so it looks like I'm pretty much on my own on this one. The thing that bugs me is that it is such a simple circuit it should be a no-brainer and I'm sure the solution is simple if I could find the right person.

Man I wish you were close I'd let you try mine before you drop money on one. As vague as the service manual is I have to wonder if we aren't missing something that the ECU needs to see,ie something not wired in on the US model in addition to the input/ground from the Turf Switch and the output to the relay or if the International ECU isn't different you know? Have you looked to see if the international model cluster has any additional wiring to the ECU? Reason I ask is a Polaris bulletin concerning "code 26" It is a vehicle speed sensor code, the bulletin says that the code is a ghost code caused by the fact that the International model uses the speed sensor for the Turf Mode operation but the US model doesn't have Turf mode or the wiring so it throws the code but doesn't trigger a check engine icon...well on the US model the only wiring associated with the VSS goes to the cluster. Maybe the International model has a VSS output from the cluster to the ECU?? The interational cluster is obviously different that the US one as well..part # is 3280535 vs. 3280534 for the US 2010 model, but that could just be the km vs mph ect..

All Polaris parts, differential, relay and turf switch. I can always put a resistor in the circuit to drop the voltage bypass the ECU and put a momentary switch around the resistor to give it 12 volts to pull in but I would much rather to it the right way. I'm still sure if I can find the right person the fix will be simple. BUT ! ! !
