Lately I've been riding wi more 4x4 quads than rzrs. And Itll go through my head over and over if I either want to keep rzr or get a sportsman. Just wondering if any of you guys get that too lol.

Not even slightly Itchy ! I've had about every make and model of quad in the last 20+ years and am happy with the RZR'S ! That being said I have a good friend who owns a dealership and after several years of decline the overall quad sales are coming back . I think that is influenced by the $$ of SXS and also more interest in riding . A riding club I belong to keeps growing and a lot of new members are new owners or are getting back to the sport and 45+ age group.

As I graduated from a Sportsman to the RZR, NO! Especially after a 100 mile day with the club and the quad riders are complaining about their thumbs are numb and they are walking like they just got off a saddle horse.

I have both. My ATV is a sportsman X2. Very versatile. Can use the bed on the back for hauling stuff or flip the second seat up and ride 2-up. Also hauls a lot of stuff WITHOUT it getting overheated like it would in the back of the RZR. Can't imagine putting a dead hog in the bed of the RZR for the 5 mile trip out of the woods.

I like both...and plan to keep one of each.

I'd like both. I don't want the expense of another vehicle right now though so I'm settling with the RZR. I do have a trail bike, so taking that out helps the itch.

For the most part it's the rzr. But then I see those new 800xcs with ps, shocks and seats I begin to drool. My wife always says I'm all over the place and to take a day to think bout it before I make a rash decision. I kno the 800 and 570 comparable but my buddies 800 def has more torque.

I never rode quads but I still have the itch to ride motorcycles. But I cant ride them anymore so the RZR pretty much fulfills all my off road needs.

I got both, love the rzr, more fun to drive, 4 wheeler much easier to clean up. I don't have power steering on the 4 wheeler and it will wear you out. I'm keeping both. Probably take the rzr to all events and big riding stops and when I just want to beat around the woods and not worry so much about the cleaning i'll ride the quad!

I love my 570 but I still have 2 quads, couldn't let them go they come in handy when we have guests up at the cabin, I don't let others drive the rzr. I was the same way with the 3 wheeler, had to let that go it was getting hard on the body.

Yep I got the itch and went out and bought a Sportsman 850. The RZR is a blast and could never sell it, originally sold the 2 quads I had at the time to get it, and started to think later I should have kept one. I still like riding a quad, and its nice now to be lucky enough to have both options.

I've got an Sportsman 850 XP in addition the the RZR. Its the Browning edition with power steering. I'd be hard pressed if I had to get rid of one of them to pick which one. The RZR is great for taking the wife out or trail riding. If its just me I take the XP 'cause that thing is a hoot and still comfortable enough to ride all day. Now, every once in a while I get the itch to sell both and get the new RZR 1000. Main reason I don't is when we go up to the mountains, most of the trails are just wide enough for the quads and trail machines. I'd also have to buy a new trailer, so I'm keeping what I have for now. Might be a different story if we ever move.

Have ridden quads, as well as 3-wheelers back in the day. Just no real desire to buy one. Sportbike takes care of my need for high-speed stress relief at trackdays. Dirtbike handles urge to zip through the woods and sweet jumps. RZR covers playing in mud and rock/hill climbing.

I wonder how many of the 4 wheeler riders have the itch to get a Rzr? The grass is always greener on the other side. I have had several 3 and 4 wheeled ATVs over the years and all have been a blast but none as comfortable as my 570. If money weren't an object I would have a fleet of machines, but I have to settle for one and I feel the Rzr is the best compromise for me.

Nope not even a little. When we hit a hard rock crawl or really bad hill and they guys on the quads are getting bucked around and trying to lay on the handle bars to keep from rolling end over end. That or they are getting smacked in the face with brush and covered head to toe in mud a water. I just sit back in my RZR 900 with its 5 speaker stereo, EPS, 14" of wheel travel, suspension seats, Doors, roof, windshield, with a drink in one hand and a cigar in the other just laughing and shaking my head at those guys on quads.

I don't know to many people that want a 4x4 quad now days other then hunting or for use around their property. Pretty much anyone who travels much and really goes out and rides all want a SxS. Price and durability is what keeps 4x4 quad guys from taking the step up.. Atleast thats my experience.
