Are RZR's available with heat and AC, full cab? Fellow wants to know and I'm not positive.

Yes. They are called the Ranger XP1000 NorthStar Edition for two seater and Ranger Crew XP1000 Northstar Edition for the 4/5 seater.

Plus more all the above and: All the features of the CREW XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Ultimate plus capability upgrades like high-clearance arched A-Arms, self-leveling suspension, and Active Descent Control.

The question can go either way depending on the knowledge of the one asking and if the #1 thing they are after is the heating and AC. Ranger are trail worthy at a much slower clip. They will not have the same suspension as they are designed to carry heavy loads. They do offer one thing wish we had as an option, locking or open rear diff.

The challenge will be what size. It will have to overcome the heat of machine, non air tight and non insulated cabin. Will need to be bigger than the one listed I think. When AC were an add on in vehicles. Installed an add on in a Jeep Wagoneer. Almost would keep the front seat almost cool. Way under sized. Then space has to be found for the condenser/fan and compressor. Think one would need to study what Polaris and I think, John Deer has done. Farm tractor A/C would be the field to study and copy I think.

We've tossed around the idea of an AC unit years. Its definitely going to need an alternator to power one big enough to do much in an open cab machine.

I've seen a few custom jobs with portable units rigged up. They do ok...but the cooling is very isolated and dependent on where and how you want to run the duct. Face, feet, or junk. You can't have all three with the portable units.

I'd be surprised if Polaris didn't already have a RZR NorthStar edition in the works. Who knows if it'll ever come to fruition. I'm betting that new Admiral model will have a NorthStar edition at some point too...if its ever released. And if you haven't experienced it, the Ranger NorthStar model AC and heat work surprisingly well. Same with the Defender models with heat and AC in the closed cab.
