I been trying to diagnose what's going on with out RZR 900 Trail. It will run just fine for the first couple hours then it's will start randomly cutting out, stalling, or bogging out. It' doesn't matter if were doing 5 mph or 30 mph. If I park it for a day it will run just fine then it starts all over again. This is something it does everytime we drive it more than a couple hours. It's done it at least 10+ times. The engine temp is fine I will have let it cool down for 20 minutes cycling the coolant after letting the engine fan cool down what's in the radiator. yet it will go right back to acting up. I have swapped out the spark plugs, air filters, and the T-Map sensor. Going to do the fuel pump next. Any other suggestions would be very helpful.

I have a 2014-800XC. Ran great for a long time, Years. This year. Year six.... I was just cruising along at a slow speed taking my time, enjoying not being in a hurry... and the RZR began to bog out. Loss of power. . If I turned the key off. Then I’d turn the key back on... I’d hear the fuel pump prime and the RZR would start immediately up, as if nothing was wrong. I could venture another mile or so and then bog out again. So on and so forth. This was perplexing. I thought it was the fuel pump. Long story made short... eventually after troubleshooting the plugs, the fuses, the gas cap, the wiring, all the tests on the fuel pump for pressure etc....I pulled my pump cleaned off the only thing I could see that I could..., The mother board for the gas gauge...then.. I stuck it back in the fuel tank and carefully aligned it to the rear of the RZR with the cute little arrows and for some weird reason, I can’t explain... the bogging out stopped. All that I noticed that appeared to be the problem... was my seal on the main fuel pump... the ring that a person twists... on the top of the tank... must have been leaking. I tightened it firmly — beyond where I had carefully marked its original position...and my problem was solved. Old rubber gasket and all. So before you all pull your hair out and wallet...
If your machine dies after a warm up period... after an hour out on the trail or something similar to my experience — try tightening the darn main seal on the tank. I wish I would have. There is a lot of other stuff I could discuss on this topic that I experienced... but I’ll leave it up To you‘all to ask the questions. (I need to go back into isolation.) -socially distant*

Did you find a solution? i am having the same issue with my 2018 900. runs fine on and off the throttle but after some time of riding and on the road back at a constant speed it will start cutting out and if i throttle it or pull over it will die. turn the key off and right back on runs fine.
