mine did the same thing, just rocking the rzr side to side would make is squeak like crazy. i tried to greasing the swaybar and all the fittings. didn't help. then i pulled the shocks off, took apart the bushings and cleaned and put a thin layer of grease all over them. fixed it, haven't had a problem since, guess i'll make it a yearly thing. hope this helps, worked great for me, also check the swaybar mount bolts, mine were loose, along with alot of other stuff on my rzr.

 

X2. I used a thin coat of good marine grease. Works great.

Squeaks we developed. I discovered pretty much the same thing with the steering being the biggest culprit. The non greasable tie rod ends were making a lot of noise. Everything came down for some grease and synthetic oil on the tierod ends.

 

Had the same problem. Every bushing was wiped out after 1000 miles. Spent 2 nights and replaced them all. SOOO much nicer!

 

fox shocks here was the problem, took off thin coat of green grease on sleeves problem fixed.

 

Someones suggestion, in another thread, was to loosen the shock bolts.....so I tried it and no more squeaks. I have kept an eye on the shock bolts, just to make sure they didnt loosen and they havent.

 

I got rid of the double metal bushings in the front shocks. Replaced them with a set of Delrin bushings less one of the metal inserts. This not only fixed some of the squeaks but some of the popping and clunking from the front end.

 

Where did you find Delrin bushings for your shocks. I have them in all the A-arms and love them. Didin't find them for the shocks.

 

Had the squeaks in the rear so I greased the outside of the plastic bushings in the A-Arms and it stopped.

 

Turn the stereo up higher!
