CREAKING!!!

I know this has been asked before but i can't seem to get my car from creaking, squeaking for the life of me. Had Shock Therapy Springs installed, went with 15" x 32" wheels and tires. Noises were there before these changes and still there. I've used dry lube sprays to no luck. Car runs great and drives great but it is just too damn CREAKY! Quite embarrassing pulling up to a crowd. I hear "they are going to creak", but if so why not all machines? Driving the 2020 Pro XP 4. And for the grease guys, there are no zerks to grease on the front or back end for any control arms, shock ends, or stabilizer bars.

Someone give me something!

Shock eyes sway bar bushings shock shaft radius rod bushings/hiems are frequently over looked lube locations. After we wash ours after every ride we hit every moveable part with trickshot then wipe off the excess before we load up for the next ride. Hit main joints with wd40 maybe once during a ride. Our Rzr’s hardly ever squeak or creak. Trickshot is also amazing using for rust penetrant on bolts or axles.

Squeeks drive me crazy as well. I do not believe in using petroleum based lubricants on external parts. IE: shock eyelets, hiems, etc.....It will attract dirt and increase the wear rate. Petroleum also breaks down Teflon parts like the linning in hiem joints. If it's got a zerk then grease, if not I use dry Teflon or dry silicon spray lubricants.

I didn't think I had zerks on my rear swaybar either. Until after power washing I found the zerks on the inside of the frame directly behind the swaybar bushing housing.

Anyway if you don't have zerks why not drill and tap the housings and install your own zerks.

On a different note. When you figure out your zerk issues I highly suggest getting a LockNlube for your grease gun. This locks on zerks and easily comes off the zerk. No more broken zerks. This is also long enough to reach the lube points on the driveshaft from underneath through the skid pan. No more removing the console or cutting holes in it.

These zerks are not the easiest things to see.

My rear sway bar started creaking after my first or second ride. I don't think it had ever been greased. Assembled in Mexico!
