I rebuilt my engine about 1K miles ago. I'm showing 132 PSI in one cylinder and 135 PSI in the other cylinder. I am at 4500ft elevation, so according to some charts I found on the internet, it comes out to about 150 ish psi. I installed JE forged 9:1 compression pistons, so I Think its normal for the numbers to be low compared to stock, but i'm not sure how much. A leakdown test shows roughly 12% on both cylinders. Does it sound like my motor is in good standing? i'm having blue smoke on start up, and new valve seals didnt solve the issue, so i'm trying to check everything over. View attachment 706014
12% leakdown in fine. Do you know where it is going to? Intake, exhaust, or crankcase?

If you have smoke on startup only, that has to be in the valves still. When you did rebuild, were the valves replaced or at least cleaned and the seats lapped?
