Please take this with a grain of salt, I’m seeing information that indicates brake and throttle being applied at the same time. Certainly may be a sensor issue or master cylinder, etc.

I would see if you noticed anything. Strange with regards to your brake position and accelerator position.

mine is a two seater but I’m glad to look at anything that might help

Do you have a led license plate light? Disconnect and check for issues.
