I too just installed the Polaris stage 2 kit. It comes with weights for the stock clutch that the dealer installed. Do you even need a kit?

 

Yes, the weights are not the only issue, needs stiffer secondary spring and the ability to tune perfect

Thank you for your comment i find my trouble its my spider nut its loose and limit max speed like speed limiter spacer !!

 

I use purple spring and 62 g weights lime a jagged x !

Joe I've asked about the dura clutch and I think they can only guarantee it will work with stock power motors since there is no tuning involved. I looked into it for mine but it's a 975 with stage 4. They didn't know what it would do with the power difference. But maybe I'm wrong

I have the jagged x kit installed on my 2013 xp4 900 and I am hitting the rev limiter at 55 mph. Anyone else topping out at this speed with the Polaris stage 2 kit? Please help.

I too just installed a clutch kit and my MPH is 55 max. I am running 28" mongrels. A friend just pointed out that the speedometer is probably off. Is there anything i can do to stop from hitting the rev limiter or to raise the rev limit?

 

This applies to both of you, if you are hitting the limiter at 55 something is wrong with the clutch and doubt it is tuning
