Totally forgot to ask, What year is it since this would determine whether the Secondary Clutch is a Rapid Reaction or Team?

I had the same engine setup that you indicated, when I first started with some mods. I should also add that I changed the intake using the Grumpy Air Mod if you're familiar with it. Felt that with the ECU change and the S exhaust, I needed to get more air into the little guy since they were Rich on the Fuel anyway.

I got HPD kit, 68 gm flyweights,Plain Primary Spring-35/215,Custom Helix-cut to shift faster,Lime Green/Silver Strip Secondary Spring-125/190. Might add, I was running 14x26 Goodyear Rawhide MTR at that time. On asphat, was laying down rubber for about 15', much stronger on Low End as well as more responsive on BackShift. Replaced the Fixed Flyweights with a set of Adjustables,HEAVY HITTERS provided by HPD, to allow me to extensively Modify the Low and Top End RPM'S.

Hope this is what you're looking for..

I use the EMP air box, but what I was referring to with the "Grumpy Air Mod" is blocking off the original air intake and opening a larger area between the seats(protected with yet another filter) to allow more air to both the CVT as well as the engine. There a quite a few excellant posts regardings this subject.

As to the turbo question--"WOULDN'T TOUCH THAT WITH A 10' POLE" :)) not my cup of tea. haha LOL

Thanks blackbart you know your shit mine is the 2010 rzr would a intake really help and whats the best turbo out there for the dollar.
