A newbie here. Bought our first machine ever last year, 2019 rzr turbo. I have 1800mi on it and decided to swap out to a new belt and keep the old as an emergency spare. Clutch works in the same way as my sleds. The belt removal tool is very difficult to turn, had to use a small wrench as an extension to get the belt off...
This normal?

No. It should go easy. You may want to chase it out with a 1/4 20 tap. I use a screw and my impact driver on mine. It goes really easy

Check the threads on the tool as well. I found these to be soft and cheap and prone to damage when bouncing around in the tool bag. I protect the threads with a plastic sleeve now. Something like a Bic pen might work.

Make sure you use a quality tap to chase the threads in the clutch.

Also blow out the threaded hole before running the tool in.

I too prefer the hex head screw.
