09 rzr 800, is the clutch puller for the rzr and a polaris snowmobile the same?

Technically yes, but.....you need a shorter version to access the primary as the one for your sled is way too long! I'm pretty sure UTV INC sells them.

I made my own. If I remember correctly it is a 3/4 bolt/16 thread and about a 3" piece of bar stock stuck in the hole first.

You can use the sled one but will have to cut it in two pieces to fit. That's what I did with my clutch tool from my sportsman. Can be used on the sp's still and no need for a second one laying around!
