My S makes a clicking and popping sound when turning or hitting bumps. I think it is coming from the rear sway bar. I checked the tightness on the bolts and they didn't seem tight at all. Does anyone know how tight they should be? I turned them a half turn and it seems to have helped the issue, but I don't want them too tight.

My sway bar bolts loosened over time as well makin an annoying clicking sound. I torqued mine pretty good with some blue locktite to prevent if from happening again..

Is there a torque setting? I didn't know if I would restrict movement if I went too tight.

apply your brakes lightly see if it goes away , I have a anoying clicking sound also, but it goes away when I apply my brakes. sometimes it quits for awhile, sometimes it don't- that is after I let off the brakes. I think mine may be the brake pad...John

Blazeman, the rattling brake pads are an easy fix. It just takes an allen wrench and a little time like 5 minutes).

I had the same thing. I kept looking for some loose gear in the bed. Then I grabbed the rollbar and rocked the RZR side to side. It was just loose swaybar bolts.

I just posted on another thread, but Steve at Makkin Trax had me remove one swaybar link. Like Kev said, get rid of that thing, and be happy ever after! :ride:
