Just bought 2013 rzr 800 with windshield and roof. We get alot of dust in seating area riding by ourselves any reason why? Also this is first polaris is the loud squealing type chatter kinda sounds like the car in the show jetsons if any of you are old enough to remember the show. Anyways is this sound normal and will it go away? It is driving us crazy.

i used the stuff that you line dresser drawers with to line all the area underneith the seats. this cut down on the dust coming in big time. got a roll of it from walmart for a few dollars.
ive noticed when we ride with just the windsheild on we get dusted bad but if i install the vinyl cab encloser that even with the doors rolled up we get hardly any dust you might try putting a peice of lexan on the back down to the bed and see if it helps. we tried it without the windsheild but i cant strand wearing googles and helmet being strapped in. really cuts down on your periferal vision
If you have a full front windshield, you will need some sort of shield for the back, as well. Otherwise, dust will be sucked into the cab area.
You could also cut an 1" off the bottom of the windshield and creat some positive pressure in the cab forcing the dust out. :ride:
Ahhh, the Jetsons! Good show right there! Think that is the best description I have ever heard. You are hearing the belt when the machine comes down to near 5 mph or so. It is esp bad when it is cold, and should go away when it is warmed up.
