I've had two RLB chase bars over the years they have been JUNK. Various LEDs stop working and very low quality parts. This time around I made my own chase lights from: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079MJPQ2P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Very bright and will last years.

I apologize about the experience you had in the past. But if you see the above post, we are a completely new company than what you experienced in the past. The old company was bought out by us Dezert-Tek Inc. in Nov 2018. We have completely redesigned the product. Nothing is the same from the old lights besides the brightness and effectiveness.

BTW, You did a great job on your DIY rear chase light!

Last guy i followed who had one of those, i stuffed the nose of my X3 into the rear of his machine and ended his evening of riding by pinching off his exhaust.
Im yet to meet 1 person who likes looking at those..

At that point we would have had a meaningful conversation about following too closely ;)

Yes they can be irritating to some but they also serve an important purpose during poor visibility conditions. I often lead our group and it makes keeping track of the leader much easier. It should also help to prevent people from running into the back of your machine 🤔

My point is- around here, the people that have them think they are used to look cool.
They simply use them allllllll the time. If they are out riding, they have every bright flashly light going that they have installed.

The night we had our run in, 7 of us were very annoyed. We had asked the guy on multiple occasions to keep the lights off. We asked the guy on multiple occasions to go to the rear of the pack. That worked for about 3 hours at a time. He would eventually make his way to the front with his annoying ass flashing lights and we would be back at square one again. At one point, 9 of us parked our machines for an extended amount of time just to see if the guy would wonder off and go away.

This wasnt just a random act of douchbaggery. Ill be a dick when the time is appropriate, im a decent guy to be around. Many of you here simply take text the worst way possible, exactly the same thing that users do on facebook.

I for one get it. Somewhere around my hometown a guy rides a street bike that looks like an fn clown car. Kinsman flashers running on his headlight (which I friggen hate), wearing full reflective orange jump suit, emergency flashers running, and a darn rotating yellow light on his rear fender. You can .not. imagine what a tool this guy was.

I wanted to dump him, but I could only assume he was 110 years old and a member of the Special Olympics.

We offer many different options to fit your needs. Please feel free to call us on the phone number listed on our web page and I can discuss the many options. Ask for Dave www.rearlightbar.com

And to comment on the 1 member below about issues he has had with our lights and the quality. We "DeZert-Tek Inc." purchased the company "Rear Light Bar" in Nov 2018. We immediately went to work and completely redesigned the ENTIRE product. It is FAR superior to the product it used to be. We also back it with a LIFETIME warranty. During the complete redesign we made the product completely Plug and Play for all UTV makes and models. No cutting wires, crimping, or soldering. Plugs right into your factory wire harness.

We also designed some of the nicest bluetooth whips on the market as well as some other products. All backed by our lifetime warranty.

So please dont hesitate to contact us for any assistance.

Thank you
Dave

I'm not for them. I used to be the guy running my whips on strobe becuase I thought I was helping people spot me and follow. On a stop, one of the guys complained. So I turned them on and after standing around for 5 mins or so watching them, I can see how bad it sucked for the guys behind me. Maybe an amber light or strobe would be OK but red and blue are just to harsh IMO.
