I am looking at ~30"-36" chase bar for my machine.
I want red outside, amber next and white center. I am indifferent if it is a 5 or 6 light system.
My goal is to have the outside red work as brake, tied into my tail lights, and blinkers tied to a dash switch. The ambers would be "flashing" and the white center would be tied to my current rear light switch. This will be on a street legal machine so I need to be able to turn the ambers off. I need/want the red brake and turn signals.
I am wanting to stay under $150 and I have plenty of wiring experience.
I have been looking at the following 2 light bars both have pros and cons. I would be open to other suggestions also.
I like this one, Amazon.com overall for a lot of reasons. My primary concern is that reviews say that activation the brakes makes both red side lights flash. This will not work on a street legal machine.
This is the other main light I am looking at, Amazon.com
My main concern with this one is lots of questionable reports about the wiring, water intrusion and short life overall.
Any thoughts or opinions?
