OK here's the back story. Out on run this past weekend. Ripped up front tire on 2015 900 Trail. I didn't have spare ,but used up 10 plugs and limped it back to base camp. I find out this guy has 4 wheels and tires he had from 2013-2014 ? RZR 800 and he's asking $120 for all 4 !!!!!! The next day I look him up and the tires are great at least 3/4 tread and mounted on nice looking rims. I checked out the bolt pattern on my 2015 /900 trail before I left to go and look at or buy the used ones., and checked the spacing on the used ones ,every thing good. So I buy them. Only to find out when I go to mount the used rims that the stud DIA. on my 2015 is, I believe to be 12MM and I am learning the stud dia from the older 800 is 3/8" :rollfinger: So my question to everyone is this. Is it possible to drill out the used rim stud holes from (3/8"..375") to accommodate the 12mm (.472") dia studs.

Yea ! That's the same thing I've heard too. And I see them on the DMC site also. I believe that is the route I'm going to take. RC2 from DMC. Ps. I was really surprise when I called Polaris dealer , who by the way was really pushing the service contract to me on initial purchase, that they told me they don't carry them in stock but they could have it in 3-4 business days. Holy moly !!!!! I could do that.

Thanks 410Customs, will do. Oh and by the way, on our discussion last week, My oil change consisted of Rotella T6 5W-40 and a Purolator Premium Oil Filter. My next change is the Air filter and to my surprise my local Polaris dealer doesn't have them in stock ???????
Any leads on a good quality (servicable) air filter. have you heard anything good or bad about the RC2 brand I think its called.??? suppose to be military grade for whatever thats worth. Thanks

Drilled all 4 out using 1/2" dia. bit. (12MM stud) worked good. I think i could have given it a little more clearance ,maybe even used 9/16" bit.. Didn't get chance to run it. But all fits well and I see no problems.

I don't want to change studs , that would mean I would have to go DOWN in size. and I want to stay with O.E engineered size. 12mm.
I decided to put the rims up on drill press and drill 1/2" dia. holes on one rim first ,try it and then move on to the rest, if it all works.
