2013 RZR XP 900. DOING A VALVE ADJUSTMENT. MANUAL CALLS FOR A 4 MM PIECE OF METAL TO HOLD CAMS IN PLACE WHEN TIMING. CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME AS TO WHAT I CAN USE FOR THIS?

There's an actual tool from polaris that doubles as a cylider hold down for pulling the bottom end apart, but I always use a piece of flat aluminium stock a had sitting around, I think it was 3/16" thick, pretty much anything that fits will work tho

I used a piece of 11 gauge, 1/2"wide 8" long and had the guys put a 1" 90 degree break in one end. Worked perfectly.
