@RZR_Joe It looks great! What made you go with the attached lean-to as opposed to carrying the roof line on out? Clearance?

You shop looks great. Just wondering, and not trying to raise your blood pressure, but is the second large door having almost no approach something you planned?

Found the thread, figured there would be one. Read all 8 pages so far. One person did mention but not sure if it’s an issue there, a service disconnect and a plug to back feed with a generator if need be. Then again, knowing you, there will be a battery backup or something in the compressor room.
I was going to mention solar feeds but you have plenty of trees etc.
was going to say radiant heat in the concrete as a future proof thing but the slabs already poured, little late now I know.
I just helped a friend a couple years back by wiring his 40x64 and most everything has been covered this far to include things he forgot like something over then man door for rainy days (also snow here)
Keep at it, we are eyeballing land to spread out of the HOA BS and I’m looking at a 40x60, so this thread helped.

Installed (1) 2" & (1) 1" PVC from the main panel to the shop. The 2" is for for power (2/2/2 copper SEU) and the 1" for ethernet.. Also ran a new 1-1/2" PVC to feed the RV. Feed is from my 200A ATS secondary side to a 125A 3R breaker and then out to the shop's 125A panel. I'll install a MTS at the building that way I can run off the house generator automatically or switch over to the shop generator if needed. Finished covering up the trench this morning just in time for rain this afternoon 😜

Now if the builder will finish the punch list tomorrow life will be good.

BYW - Ended up getting 6 14" UFO lights, 21k lumens 5k color. Can you say daylight LOL. Almost too bright since the light is coming from small source, if you look up you get blinded. Might have to reevaluate them before the permanent installation 🤷‍♂️

Scored a Quincy air compressor & Hankison air dryer for free. It was scheduled to be demoed on a contract I have with the government. It a 2012 model but looks new so I couldn't see throwing it away. It will make a nice addition to the RZR Cave. It's 208/3 so I'll slap a VFD on it and convert it to single phase.
