My frame cracked between the front 2 bolts and the back 2 bolts. The diff is off vertical a bit and the axle on the passenger side is close to the control arm due to the diff being tilted sideways a bit. Any thoughts. The drive shaft universal has touched the frame aswell. Going to add a bit of metal. I have bagged on it a bit. Cross ditches and jumping. Man I love this thing. Its a 2013 with about 700 miles on it. Not complaining just looking for similar problems. I brake I fix.

I just got done repairing the same issue on my 11 s. I just bought it and I was dissapointed to find the frame to be cracked already. I also noticed the front diff to be a little off center. I welded up the cracks then doubled up the differential frame mounts with some sheet metal. Im hoping my repair makes it stronger than stock.
Ya, several Forum-members have reported similar cracking and tweaking, and have welded-in stiffening reinforcement plates to correct it.

Pounded it straightand welded up all the cracks. Then made a .125 plate that is 2 x 5. You need to notch it for the drain plug. Bolted it together then welded the plate in place. Also made some .125 x 1 x 3 shims to raise diff a bit. This gives a bit more clearance on the CV boot to frame. I have one friend who hit a cross ditch hard and it tweaked the diff enough for the clamp on the boot to rub.
Here's the 1/4" plate i used on the rear bolts of my front diff. I also beveled the holes and got flat allan head bolts so they set flush on the bottom and don't get beat up on rocks and stuff
