Is anyone else having brake issues with their 4 seat Turbo S? My brakes have not worked properly since the day I bought it new. The dealership bled the brakes but it didn't help. The brakes will work fine, and the randomly go to the floor. It happens more in really fast, a lot of tight turn terrain. The dealership reached out to Polaris but they gave no explanation or help.

Check your primary clutch and make sure it was installed correctly at the factory. Mine shifted hard, and found my primary wasn't installed right. I removed my primary, it was under torqued, clean the mating surfaces, and reinstalled at the right torque. Shifts fine after doing that. There's a thread on this issue in this forum.

I have the same issue. Brake peddle would go almost to the floor, very soft brakes. I bled them myself and did not get much air if any. Brake peddle firmed up, but is back to soft.
Going to see about getting it into the dealer. Suspect bad master cylinder as mentioned.

I just bought my rzr 4 turbo s and on the first ride the brakes went to the floor a couple times and its seemed like there was nothing there for a half second and then it would lock up the tires. It scared the crap out of me each time because i was pushing the car hard to see what she had. I would then pump the breaks and they seemed fine. I have 3 rides and 400 miles on the car so far. And every ride it has done it. I was just thinking the car drives so well and I'm going too fast, but I dont think so. when it happens its only when I'm getting on it and haven't been the on brakes very much but then I need them and their not there for that split second. I was hoping to see if anyone else was having same issue or knows what the fix is

I dropped my S off last Wednesday and they bled the brakes and said the brake pedal is firm now. It is still at the shop for another unrelated issue, so I have not checked it out myself.
They used a brake bleeding device and said there is a specific sequence to properly bleeding brakes. Start with the right rear, then a certain order? Never heard of that, I usually just pick a wheel and go around bleeding.
As I said earlier, I bled all the brakes and did not get any air, but I didn't run a lot of fluid out when I did it. About 4 - 5 pump and bleed and no air so tightened the bleeder and moved on to the next looking for air.

Something I have noticed that I’d like some others to answer if they can. The less miles the better in this question. Look closely at the brake rotor and see if you think the pads are wearing on the rotor in a way that may not be quite flat. Seems to me that the wear mark that the pad is leaving is towards the outer portion of the area they would make contact with. Makes me wonder if we’re dealing with an alignment issue of the pads. So in this instance, some wear time will make things better. Just a thought.
