Was out last night riding and thought I blew a fuel line. Inspection this morning shows that the rail has blown off from the fuel injectors. I tested the fuel pump from cranking it and came to 40 lbs. Not sure if Its over pressure, bad injector or a bad fuel rail?

Do a search on line for a Service manual. Should be easy to find. Going by memory, 29 PSI sticks in my mind. I think 40 is way too high. Lots of 800 fuel pumps were replaced with one out of cars. Not always a good match. Lucky it did not catch on fire. Maybe other will step in on this.

Here's a pic of fuel rail from a 2008. The rail goes over the injectors which have o rings to seal them up. There is a bolt that goes through the center of the rail that bolts to the head and keeps everything in place. The bolt won't let the rail come off the injectors. Is that bolt still there? Is that center section still welded to the main fuel rail?
