Put a new radiator in my 19 turbo xp. Where do you bleed the coolant at? I tried finding videos and they were for 1000s. Way different set up.
Thank you

Yep raise the front of the rzr up and run the engine up to about 200 deg coolant temp then shut it off and crack the bleeder valve a few turns and let the air out. Do this until the air either stops or you start see coolant come out of it. If the air stops and you don't get coolant then repeat it again, and keep doing it until you are seeing just coolant come out.

Late response but here goes... on my xp 1000 the bleed screw was difficult to locate, so here is my suggestion. Once you have access to the top of your engine, move back the heat shield and look down slightly to the right of the exhaust manifold. You will be looking straight across the O in Polaris. I had to use a maintenance mirror to find it. If you back the screw out more than 3 turns and don't hear air, it's the wrong screw.

I had to replace engine radiator and intercooler radiator
I've removed the bleed screw in past work but it is a real pain
It works to park front end up a steep rock or dirt bank almost to the point of flipping over backwards
with pressure cap removed and coolant bottle over filled run engine till thermostat opens stop engine for five minutes
repeat five or six times, system will be free of
air drive a little
if temp varies more than 20 degrees repeat
this works have done this many times

I'm changing out the coolant on my xpt and just got a vacuum bleeder but it doesn't have the instructions, how much vacuum are you guys pulling on the rzr? I've done some research but see different numbers.

Also are you guys putting in straight antifreeze or 50/50 with distilled water?
Thanks in advance
