Best tuning method for 08 rzr with turbo?

I'll be fabricating my turbo set up on my 08 in the next month or two. I've figured out about what i'd like for the turbo/intercooler/piping/etc. My only concern is tuning it. I'll be running low boost with a stock engine. I'll probably end up with larger injectors instead of a 3rd injector(only going to run 5-7psi). I was planning on going with the power commander V with auto tune, but it looks like that's not available for an 08? Everything i see is 09 and up for the PC V with auto tune.

With Dynatek's FS and FI controllers, should i be able to get this thing dialed in with the over-sized injectors? I'll have a wideband 02, ofcourse. I know this will take a little more trial and error but it looks like my only option unless i'm overlooking something with the pc V.

Any advice/input is welcome. Thanks

I know that the PC3 with hub and a GM map senser you can adj for boost for more fuel. I am in your same boat. I have a buddy that builds exhaust and turbos for cars. But he doesnt do the dyno and tuning part. Thats what im at as well. But from what I have read on turbos. Is to get the crank pinned and welded. But if you have the motor apart then why not throw some low compression pistons in and add more boost.

X2 on the crank & pistons, and yes the PCV with autotune works on an 08 RZR...Quadnkev uses one on his, maybe he has a 2009 RZR S ECU. PM him and find out.
I use the PC V with autotune on my turboed 2008, but it has a 2009 RZR S motor & ECU with 2010 internals and CP 8.5:1 pistons in it....confused yet? :rofl3:
By the way it works great for me!

Thanks for the info guys. So the pc5 with autotune will work on a stock 08 ecu? That would be great if it did. Would it be necessary to weld/pin the crank if i stay to 5-7psi? I'll probably eventually go with some low compression pistons, but for the time being i'll stay low boost.

grmeyer-Could be wrong but from my understanding you have a choice/option of getting a 2 or 3 bar MAP sensor with the PC5.

I'm sill confused on this issue myself, but imassuming just a power commander and auto tune is all you need??? it will do the rest did i read this all right? or what.
