Which one is best for the RZR?

Dual, single, specific brand?

The sounds not much of a problem cause I have the HMF duals on my Rhino!
I love HMF but don't like the duals they have for the RZR. I found that LTE has a pretty nice set of duals and I like the way they look. All I know about LTE is that their exhaust are loud!!!!

Any one have LTE Dual Exhaust on ur RZR? If so, please let me no ur opinions on them.

Thanks,
Will

I would like to know about dragonfire and bikeman performance too.. i getting ready to buy one, just not sure which one i wanna get. I would love to see a test/review on exhaust. I also would like to know which controller to go with; from the reading ive been doing the boondocker is looking to be the better choice considering im gonna do some future motor work also.

I'm in the same boat.Ready to order exhaust and controller but don't know which one?The stock exhaust note is loud and sounds like sh t:D
Come on guys, which one.Should I also get the "quiet core"also when I decide which one or will that hurt performance too much?cheers

I agree the stock exhaust is borderline loud. I have rhino friends with loud exhausts, and the drone is awful on long rides.

You're at the mercy of the aftermarket with the efi. You can't re-jet the carb.

I can tell you what not to buy. The HMF is not a true dual exhaust and it gives you 3hp. big deal..I bought one and it doesn't fit right and we are getting leaks and losing power. I paid over 700 for it and can't climb hills, about 3/4 way up the hill the pipe moves and losses power. i'm awaiting a fix from HMF. Whatever you buy make sure it is a complete kit, from the head to muffler. not this partial junk.

i've seen the lte exhaust and the way their built is top notch.. they sound awesome but their just too loud..

i did my own exhaust and hung yamaha r1 mufflers on it.. it flows nice and is quieter than stock..
i like that..

After doing a fair amount of research, I have decided that I am going with Looney tuned ceramic duals. I needed a complete package with the TFI, clutch kit with springs and weights, already set up for the exhaust system. I am also going to order the Looney air box. The TFI also needed to be adjustable should I make future modifications.

I was informed that everything, including the air box comes as a package for $1640 (a factory finished exhausts are cheaper)

I have personally owned Alba, HMF, Yoshimura, and LTE now...Alba and HMF are loud with Quiet Cores or not! LTE is the best bang for the buck, quality, fit, finish...and mostly Hp! You will be surprised at the nice sound and rumble of the LTE duals with the Quiet Cores in...they come FREE with the system as well as a USDF Spark Arrestor...get the Ceramic Coated I didn't and I regret it!!!...especially for the RZR if you are going into creeks or mud at all...HMF is a poor man's dual utlizes stock header for $712.00?...All the singles are trying to give 3-4hp at best the LTE will deliver 5-6 Hp no questions asked once you drive it you'll see and when we get to the dunes we take out the Quiet Cores and it sound awesome but too loud for the Kiddos if they are in the backseat so we are going to get them headphones...You won'y be sorry you bought the LTE's everybody is still trying to catch up to them....Yoshimura is one of my favorites and will probably come out with a RZR System for at least $1000 minimum....After running LTE's they are the best bar none....
One suggestion on the LTE's if you do not ceramic coat them...install a larger surface area heatshield in place of the stock one under your bed...and while you have the exhaust off install an aluminum heat shield behind the firewall behind the passengers rear seat...
