I have a 2013 RZR the passenger side frame is bent, the dealers said that is needs to be replaced, but the frame has been discontinued… They said there is nothing to be done, but to total it.
I am looking for any options. Can the frame be straightened, and if so where would I take it to?
please help

What model RZR? Most shops will not straighten frames for liability reasons. The frame tubes aren't really thick enough to straighten or weld on. @RZR_Joe might be able to do it but the kind of work it would take to do it right would probably cost more than a 2013 RZR is worth. If you have insurance, I'd let them total it and start over. If you don't have insurance, consider parting it out or finding another donor machine with a good frame that you could acquire. If you aren't doing the work yourself, or insurance won't cover it, it's probably not worth doing a frame swap though. HTH. Not great news I know.

Show us a few pics of the damage. What you need is a good ol boy auto body shop that has a frame rack. They can yank it straight, and weld in gussets as needed.

As long as you aren't trying to run a Baja race in the thing, it would likely be fine. Show us some pics and we can have a better idea.

I would suggest Powersports Nation for a used frame. Or at least see if they have one. I bought a frame for a wrecked pro xp from them, was straight and came with a clean title. Otherwise ebay or marketplace may help you find one. It is alot of work to swap everything from one frame to the other, but if you really want to I save it then it could be worth it.
