Ball Joint problem SOLVED

Im not a mudhole kind of guy. Im more of a rock crawler and go fast kind of guy. In other words I dont jump right into every mudhole I see, however they are part of east coast riding. The water and mud reeks havoc on bearings and ball joints. This is my solution to ball joint issues.

Are you not planning to add any cross bracing or gussets to the arms ?

Definitely not until I drive with them. They are stronger tubing than factory. If I see them bending easily ill notch a gusset out. I dont want them so strong I loose a frame mount.

Awesome GFab! Now the next problem to fix is how to keep the bearing carrier itself from wearing out because the single pinch bolt doesn't seem to hold the ball joint well enough...in time and with hard use, the bore of it will wear and no matter how tight you tighten the pinch bolt, the ball joint shaft will slop around in there wallering it out more and more.. Which really screws with the camber
