Ive read around this site and others and have not found what im looking for..
I bent a rear axle on my machine, took it into work today and got it straightened out cold on the press. Wondering how weak that would make it, if i should also heat treat it at work in the oven or if it will be fine without treating hopefully. Also if anyhow knows anything about temperatures and how long to leave it there and dropping down to the next lower temp and time to leave there and so on that would be greatly appreciated. In the same ride one of my front cv joints snapped completely so will be buying a new front axle assembly.
