No experience with these but they look a lot like highlifters. I have highlifters radius rods and trailing arms and they're good so far.

I'm thinking about buying some as the guy that built my cage has a set. They look really beefy. The other thread has responses from the builder.

I know that when I get my hands on a 1000 high clearance arms will be on the short list. I really like the look of the HL's, curious as to why Polaris doesn't make them like that stock.

I checked out your website, products look heavy duty! What's up with the +2 Swing Arms? Do you have to adjust/change shocks, axles, tie rods and radius rods to get it to work? Have any pic with these installed?

what are the advantage's of the +2 trailing arms? what size limit straps? where are u attaching limit straps? the more pics the better

 

We use a 3x31 inch axle strap for a limit strap. With the plus 2 trailing you will just need to run rhino,titian, gorilla or some other aftermarket axles with larger cups stick length. We tie the limit straps to the frame under the bed. People like the +2 for hills and rocks.

And yes you will need radius rods with heims on both ends for the +2 to get smooth travel.

Guys running high clearance trailing arms similar to these; are they as strong or stronger than stock? They don't looks as strong for racing to me, but I don't know anyone running this style, so I really don't know. I like the idea for clearance, just wondering if they could handle the abuse of racing/riding hard.

 

I dont think you'd have any problems with the actual arms. They look pretty to be made pretty good. The heim joint on the end would be the weakest point IMO. By specs on the joints they should be able to withstand the abuse. This setup looks similar to highlifters and I have seen the heim fail on those, but no experience with the ORB arms op is talking about.

Me too. In my head i envision a +2 arm same as a 2 inch lift, just in a different direction.

Haven't had a single CV bind with my forward arms, and I run her pretty hard. One of my favorite mods.

I have Backwoods Armor +2 forward arched arms. They have more of an arch than many other brands. These look similar.

 

Wasn't there an issue a while back where someone was making radius rods with heims on both ends and they rolling over? I don't remember any details...maybe I'm dreaming...

 

The OP did ask about the trailing arms and about the company that made them. I just ordered the Aarms from them and will review them as soon as I receive them.

 

Magic I would be very interested in notes on install and difference on shock angle. Very interested in their setup for crawling.

Chad I just ordered them friday and he told me it would be Monday /Tuesday before they would be made as he didn't have any ready to ship when I ordered so I'm sure they will be shipped out in a day or 2. i'll keep everyone posted how it goes.

 

Bruce and I both are waiting on a set. +2 forward a arms, not trailing arms. I'll have pics as well.

 

I just ordered a set of radious rods and trailing arms for our Jagged X. They are custom powder coating them to match the Jagged X blue and should be here by the end of next week. Justin seems like a good guy to deal with I will give everyone an update on them when they arrive.
