Wanting to add turn signals to my turbo s4 but don't really want to spend $250 plus as I think that is pretty over priced for what it is. The fronts don't seem to complicated as I would just add 3/4" LED lights to the front, underneath the headlights. The complicated part is more towards the rear, especially when trying to get the factory taillights to be used as turn signals. Anyone have any input on how to make this happen without suggesting a kit? I have done a lot of research but I haven't found anything concrete or easy to understand. Any help would be great.

We used to use a curt 56175 3-2 wire for trailers. Would tie it in at the ECM and 3m to to the top of it and put the cover back on, would eliminate the need to run wires to the back of the car.
Can you elaborate a little more? I think your solution might be a good solution but I'm not sure how to tie it into the ECM.
