I talked with a guy there last week. At that time he was out of stock on them, but he was going to be shipping the next run of them on the 7th. Hopefully I should have it at the begining of the week.

 

I don't know anything about a carbon belt, but oem belts are usually available from Rock Mountain ATV

 

Just got off of phone with them...Spoke with Jon ...really nice guy and gave me a good reason for the delays...refunded my money on the spot.

 

Ordered 2 belts from Graveyard on April 19th. No belts yet.

i cancelled my order 3 weeks after placing it, and no response. horrible customer service. i talked with the owner (after 5-6 e-mails unreturned) told him i was the one that posted the link to his site. he was apologetic, but i cancelled anyway. buy from hunterworks.

 

ordered from Hunterworks on Monday and had it in my hand on Wednesday with regular freight. I had a tracking number within an hour of placing the order. The belt looks awesome by the way can't wait to get it installed.

 

Ordered on 4/10 and also called on 4/30. Was told that "Gates was out of stock and would ship on 5/7". Still no update from them as of today. I called and got voice mail and emailed again and asked for a refund since they could not provide product. Looks like Hunterworks gets more business

 

Have not been able to get thru to them on the phone.

 

Hunterworks has these belts and have great service...I got one from them and he mailed it right away..he just posted that he is getting another shipment in

 

Yup I went with Hunterworks too and sent my dad to them...excellent customer service and quick shipping...should have my belt in hand on Monday!

 

It's interesting how some businesses seem to self destruct.

 

Grave yard called me back today, said they were having a hard time getting the belts from Gates. The guy I talked to was very nice, but I canceled my order and called Todd from Hunterworks and ordered my belts. I asked him about Pro Armor trailing arm guards and added a set of those to my order. Hunterworks seems extremely customer oriented which is nice for a change.

 

THanks for the kudos guys. I can tell you there is no hold up on belts at Gates, if they are having a hard time getting them is because they are not ordering them or enough of them.

We have a new shipment coming in Monday, right at 50 of them. As soon as I see what goes out I will order more if needed as soon as I see the need. Normal time from Gates to me now from order to in hand should not be no more than four business days.

That is funny! One of the engineers in my office has a sign hanging on his wall that says "We suck less"

 

Graveyard Motorsports is a shoddy business. Look at the BBB before ordering it may change your mind.

 

Apparently they haven't upped their game any in the last year.

 

We have not changed either in a year, still carry them, still got them on the shelf ready to ship same day or next. We still don't suck either!! LOL
