Any way to access rear seat release latches other than the normal way?

My aftermarket bench seat is really giving me trouble...I'd like to pull it out to mount some remote battery terminals and clean up under there but the strap that attaches to the latch at the bottom of the seat is not allowing it to move for some reason on either side. I think they are just a little corroded possibly.

Is there anyway to access those that you guys know if from under the car or behind the rear firewall, through the rear fender opening or something?

Thanks so much for any advice and I'll probably switch these back to 2 buckets..

I tied a length of paracord on the release and leave the other end in the harness cutout of the seat. I need the seat as far back as possible and access to the batteries.

Same here more or less. The Sandcraft bench seat comes with carabiners and straps that run up behind the seat and above the back headrest area...I think if I pull piece above the rocker panel I should be able to get to it.
