So has anyone thought about swapping the motor, wiring harness, radiator, ect. out of a redline revolt into a RZR? With the HP that queen racing is getting out their Weber RZR its a tempting swap.

I was going to do the swap, but the head on the Redline Weber is backwards, puting the intake on the outside and the exhaust on the inside. There was also something about the charging system. After all the fab work to get the motor in, there was also going to be the work to put the Popo motor in the Redline. In the end, RZR S is still stock.
The head will go on either direction. In other words, it can be turned around to face the same as in the snowmobile or wasteland kits. It also uses a stator type charging system I believe which on my revolt looks similar to the stock rzr which maybe as simple as connecting it, I'm not sure.
I also believe the pistons and rods are different but someone else might know better about that.
The Pistons are different, the Cam is different, the vlaves are different, the crankshaft is different, it has a stator not alternator, and the head is turned arround opposite of the turbo configured motors. It all can be changed and made to work. It would just cost some $ to get it up to spec for the turbo upgrade. Anything is possible.
Yes this is the proper engine you would want. They have a different ecu and wire harness that will not work in your application. I can help assist in getting you the proper parts to do it if you get a motor..
The turbo that is off the fst is the exact same one as the wasteland kit. The long block, is about the only thing that you really need for the swap. The entire efi system is completely different. Hope this helps..
