Another Stuck Primary Thread / Turbo RZR

RZR Turbo with 1,600 miles. Needle bearing seized. Primary has never been off and has no intention of coming off.

Bent one puller. Ordered aftermarket assassin puller but still no dice.

I have run an impact and smacked the puller way too many times already. Dead blow, brass, and 3lb sledge all tried. Impact is 1/2” drive with 700lbs torque.

I tried letting the puller sit torqued down for 2 days, occasionally smacking and then tightening again throughout that time.

Puller tip and threads greased.

Really trying to avoid packing it with grease or heating the clutch for obvious reasons. I’ve already beat the crank to death and my luck I’ll end up with a stuck primary full of grease and warped clutch with a bad crank seal.

Any other advice or tips that have worked for you?

That is what I was thinking. What’s the best way to hold the primary? I know they make a tool but don’t have the time to order one. Wasn’t sure if putting a wooden hammer handle or something between the towers would mess up the primary. Especially since the torque would be applied to one sheeve and not the other.

Not to long ago I had a buddy with a Turbo "S" call because he had been trying to remove his Primary for a couple of days. Told him about the fill the hole with grease trick and it popped right off. No problem using the grease as long as you do a good cleaning once your done. Have not tried the water or bread trick, but its more or less based on the same principle of hydraulics, so I would guess it would work.
