That poor child. 14 months old! What are you even thinking the kid can barely hold himself up let alone swim/take off a seatbelt/do anything....
This type of stuff can't be happening with all these lawmakers causing ruckuss over off-road vehicles. They are going to keep taking away stuff from everyone.

All I can say is wow!! What a total piece of sh!t to even think about having a child in that situation. Some people might not see it that way, but look at it my way. My wife and I aren't able to have kids and it totally pisses me off to see idiots like this that can have kids and seems like they don't care.

We have a 3 year old that loves to ride in the RZR.. I drive him around the field. When we go on trips he stays with grandma and grandpa.. Me and my wife both agree its to dangerous for him to be in the woods on the trails we ride at his age. It amazes me at the infants I see out on trails. Taking a 14 month old off roading at night is a bad idea IMHO

WTF would ya drink when youre taking care of a baby and then while doing so ya put the baby in a dangerous enviroment such as off roading.

They should castrate both of the Mo Fo's and put them away for as long as they can.

One thing to take little ones in to an uncontrolled enviroment but then make yourself an uncontrolled individual in charge of that helpless baby's safety.

I hate big Goverment but they make ya have a license for a dog,to drive,to carry a gun but no license to have a kid.

My husband and I take all 3 of our children out 6, 3, and 1 year old. The 1 year old is in a car seat, the 3 year old is buckled in and the 6 year old has her helmet on. WE DO NOT drink and we drive very safly. BUT I do get really vervous when there are other people around us riding...I dont trust them!!!
I think this man should have to suffer the way that poor child did!!! He had to suffer under water until his poor little body could intake any more water...I think that man should suffer long and slow!!! WHY WOULD YOU DRINK AND DRIVE........LET ALONE WITH YOUR INFAMT CHILD WITH YOU!! I hope he pays BIG TIME!!!

I have no problem with people having a good time but to get wasted and have anyone allow a F.U like this guy to go driving around. Is this what friends are for?

If it has a steering wheel or handlebars with a drunk we are all in danger.

I personally don't have a child but I have two young nieces...Now, not only would I NEVER take them for a ride if I had been drinking. And secondly, I would never leave them in a submerged vehicle!!! I would drown trying to save them or any family member before I sat on the side for 2 HOURS waiting for the police!!!

just too sad for words. I try not to judge when something like this happens. Perhaps the right thing to do would hand him a pistol with 1 built in it and tell him to do the right thing. If he does it good, if he doesn't do it for him.

WTF!!! They need to use this idiot for chum at the shark tank. Throw his buddy in there too for good measures, as I'm sure he's just a door knob also. Terrible news to hear about the loss of an innocent child. Another black eye for off road riders.
