As title says, 65590 and 65592 codes. Replaced belt and spark plugs. Cleaned secondary clutch, primary is virtually brand new. Gilomen clutch kit. any ideas where else I could dig into? 2018 with 6,800 miles.

I was plagued with those codes a while back. For me, it turned out to be the clutch alignment. My primary and secondary was about an inch too close. After I adjusted it to where it was supposed to be, the misfire codes disappeared.

cald:

im on a tablet, don’t want to write war and peace, Skip the O2 sensor, prolly not it. “Mashed the throttle” means ur in open loop = O2 sensor isn’t even active. Rzrhle prolly on point, but I would buy a fuel pressure tester too.

Ok cool. Is there a way to test the O2 sensor?

Ok, for anyone else having problems with this code. Ended up being fuel pump. Even though I replaced it 1-2 years ago. This time dealer replaced the whole unit instead of just the pump it’s self

It is really easy to adjust ...On a 2018 you have a couple options snap ring delete from AA or the newer 2019 + Polaris spacer set up. They both work but I would recommend the 2019 set up
Read this thread especially post # 8

Still trying to figure this code out. Bought an SDI clutch alignment tool to hopefully get the belt centered on the primary. Didn’t work, still rides on the inside. How else can I get this belt centered?

Are you certain your primary is torqued properly and seated all the way? something is way off
If you have ANY grease or other on the shaft or in the primary tapered seat.... it will keep it from seating fully and have a alignment problem.
I would pull the primary off reclean it and try again? You have some very slight adjustment in the secondary shims but only a light amount

I cleaned both shafts with brake clean. Also inside the clutches where the shafts go through. Torqued to 96 or 100 ft lbs (can’t remember)

Ok, so troubleshooting continues. At what point should one replace a fuel pump? Brand new All Ball fuel pump running between 55 and 56psi.
Also just discovered I have a 3056 code, for O2 sensor. Got clutches aligned.

.
have you looked at your grounds, clean, tight, no corrosion?
ohm to the ecu, no open, partially open wires? pins to the O2, ecu good, clean not backed-out both sides?
i love that "bad intelligent device". = bad ecu or sensor?? (dont know what that means). wow what a broad statement that one is
hope its the sensor. cheaper.

Yep 3056 code. Haven’t checked grounds or any of that. I did pull the plug last night sprayed with Brake Clean and WD40. Other than that haven’t checked anything else. I’ll do that tomorrow

Replaced O2 sensor yesterday. Didn’t fix my problem.
What are some signs of being out of time? Also signs of valves needing adjustment? My machine has 7,000 miles BTW

Before throwing parts at it, have you checked all the wiring that I had mentioned above? And I don't mean just glancing over the wiring and looking inside the connectors. You'll have to do some work with a DVOM.
At 7,000 mi you should be around your third or fourth time checking/adjusting valve lash. If that's the case now we're down to lack of maintenance . But I don't feel that is the cause, in my opinion.
You'll have to determine why the ECU is determining that you have bad or erratic signal/voltage.

had the same code on a 2017 xp4 turbo........
Replaced fuel pump and injectors....... the code basically displays that there is no ignition in the respective cylinder (91 Cyl 01 / 92 Cyl. 02 / 90 Both Cyl) it doesnt hurt to check the spark plug cables and fuel lines.
