With less than 6 hours on my 2020 RZR, I noticed a very loud and annoying rattling coming from the right rear side of the RZR. While on the trail, I couldn't narrow down the location except to say it was coming from the right side of the engine and was constant at around 3,000 RPM. I checked the oil level as a precaution. Oil was good. I've been cussing about this all week to my wife. Then tonight, I ran the engine up to 3,000 RPM and she began poking around. She quickly found the noise coming from the heatshield that wraps around the exhaust header (pictured). Tomorrow, I'm going to get a stainless hose clamp to wrap around the heatshield. That should fix it. I'll post otherwise.

When I got my 2019 HLE this heat shield was making contact with the one below it and was making a god awful racket.

Did you find the issue? My 2020 HL has the same noise, same spot
Yes. I installed a stainless hose clamp (pictured) that I purchased from Lowe's and that resolved the issue. We haven't gone a trail ride since because all the Covid BS. So, I don't know how well it will hold up. But in the shop, it sounds much better.

Thank you for the pic, I’ll have to give that a try. I wonder if I can add one on each side to avoid it being in the middle though?
