I installed a Muzzy dual exhaust yesterday on a 2011 RZR4 and learned (the hard way) that the PVC I purchased will not work.

In the Muzzy paperwork they are clear that their exhaust can cause a lean condition and you must add an aftermarket controller.

Anyone out there running an aftermarket exhaust without upgrading the controller?

Thanks in advance for reply's

I would get an AFR gauge regardless.
Better safe than sorry.
It will be another tool to monitor and trouble shoot with.

what is a pvc? do you mean PCV, and if so, why do you say it wont work?
Yes, it is a PCV, keep confusing the letters with plastic pipe. It won't hook up because the electrical connections are different. They must have changed with 2011's with the new firing/injector configuration.

My original question does not matter anyway. Also had to take the Muzzy back off ,after a mear twenty minutes run time I almost cooked the injector wiring, the fuel lines, and the case vent. There is not enough clearance between the exhaust and all the injector components. I compared my 2011 to a 2010 and all the components stand higher on the 11's. Or at least they do on an 11 RZR4.

Obviously vendors are assuming the everything is the same on 11's.
