That would because there is not one installed from the factory.

 

So does it come in the ride command kit and the dealer simply didn’t do it? I can’t find any radio antenna either and the reception sucks as well. Pretty aggravating they did the cameras without issue but half assed the rest it seems.
Any info on where or how to order an air temp sensor by itself? I’ve tried searching and came up empty, trying to avoid dealer prices.

 

Nothing comes with the ride command, each piece (add-on) has to be purchased separately, even the wiring harnesses. As where to find one or part# I have no idea.

 

That's not true.
I bought the ride command install kit when I put mine in and it comes with everything. Wiring, front and rear cameras, radio antenna, ambient air temp sensor, dash, brackets. The only thing it doesn't come with is the amp and door speakers.
Does it show the ambient temp on the top right corner of the screen? The sensor doesn't actually look like a sensor.

No temp display just 2lines on the screen and an empty plug zip tied above the radiator. Has to be what it is. Now i need to call and see if you can get the sensor by itself or not, guess I’ll call a local dealer tomorrow since my searches online turned up nothing.

 

The part number is 2413743 and it retails for $7.55 CAD. In the parts manual its called a temp sensor harness. Regardless, the dealer should have installed it for you because it comes in the ride command install kit.
