Just thought I'd let everyone know that this lift works on a 900xp walker Evans edition. There is enough room to turn the shock around on the exhaust side with the walker Evans shocks.

Still haven't heard anything back from RDC on selling me a lift kit. Obviously they don't wanna sell these kits to bad. I am really starting to second guess going with these guys for my lift. Last I talked to them they told me they could have a kit to me by Thursday. Now it is 30 minutes from Thursday and they still haven't even gotten back to me to take my order.

That happened to me also. Lucky my dealer had some of there lifts and I bought one. Eventually they got back to me and he said that he doesn't go on the forum much, so your best bet would be, to call them.

Anyone else have any problems with running in stock position? My front shocks were interfering with the bracket when mounted in the stock location. just regular fox shocks. I could see where the bracket was pushing into the shock body and rubbing material out.

As stated above, its rare they we get time to hit up all the forums, I apologize for that but there really just isnt enough time in the day to hit all the forums that are flooding the net these day LOL.

Also, its not every time we get a PM or thread update that a notification comes to our email so again, we dont always see them.

Your best bet is to call or email us, email is best as we are a very small operation and if we (meaning Melissa) is out picking up parts from the powder coaters or shipping product, we will miss your call.

If this is Tim, Melissa has been emailing you and there was some communication regarding a shipping time frame that was impossible for us to meet, but we are happy to still ship you a lift kit when you are ready to order one, BUT call or email, we will eventually get back to you.

Paul.

PS, I'm going hunting for da big moose eh LOL, be back in a couple weeks, Melissa can handle any sales and I will be checking emails periodically for technical assistance if needed.

Tim, please just buy from someone else then, we told you we couldnt meet your deadline for a required delivery, we have replied to all emails and I already explained I miss most of the PM's and threads on the forums, the only thing we havent done was called you back one time that we said we would call you, we got back very late and Melissa did email you to let you know that. So please, rather than waste your time, please try to find another product to suit your needs, sorry we couldnt get you a lift in the time frame you needed it in, which was explained to you in previous emails.

For what its worth, we have a bunch of product going to our courier that ships from within the U.S. tomorrow, we could ship you a kit then, we do it this way to save our U.S. customers huge shipping fees, brokerage fees and all the customs delays that can happen with international shipping, but its entirely up to you.

Paul,

My issue isn't just that. First, Melissa told me that you guys had a bunch of kits at powdercoat and they would be done in a few days. I was more than fine with that. I asked her if she would like me to pay now (so I would be guaranteed one). She said no and that she would call me after she picked them up in a few days. Again, I was fine with that. A few days went by and I heard nothing. I figured I would shoot her an email just to get an update. She emailed me back saying that she did pick them up from powder coat, but would not be able to ship one out that day. She said she could call me when you guys got back on Sunday to get my info and then ship one out on Monday, getting my lift kit to me by Thursday. She said if I was ok with that to email her my phone number and she would call me Sunday. I emailed her back right away with my number, but again, never heard back from her. Not only did I not hear anything Sunday, like stated...but I never heard anything Monday either. I had to email her back on Tuesday. She said she didn't call Sunday because you guys got home late, but I never had a call or email Monday or Tuesday either. After emailing her Tuesday, she replied saying she called me but there was no answer. I never had any missed calls or voicemails. She then told me that UPS had three day shipping to me so I would still get the kit sometime Friday. She emailed me later saying she was trying to get it to the US. She couldn't leave to get it there and was trying to find someone to get it into the US for her. She said she would let me know soon what she figures out. That was Tuesday. After not being updated, I emailed her back at the end of the day Wednesday. (By this time I was more than frustrated) This is the email I just got 30 minutes ago:

Sorry, but with us being in Canada and our couriers ship once or twice a week for us. Once I drop the packages off at the couriers they take it the following day to their warehouse in the US, then it goes to a fedex outlet. It usually takes about 5-8 days to get their package.

So now I would be looking at ANOTHER 5 to 8 days to get my lift kit...IF it actually shipped out today???

Sorry Paul, but you are sugar coating this situation a little bit. I don't usually like to call businesses out on the forum, but this is ridiculous and I don't want other members having to go through the same thing. My first contact with you guys through email was at 5:50 PM on Sunday, September 22nd. Now it is the third of October and you STILL haven't placed my order.

Maybe some other members can chime in. If I am out of line, I apologize. But I think most anyone else who was in my situation would be very dissatisfied by now also. It sucks, because I really wanted one of your kits. They seem to be very well built and most of your past reviews were very good. However, if this is the kind of support you give your customers then that changes things.

Paul (and Melissa), I realize things come up and you can't always meet deadlines...I understand that. However, the part that ticks me off is never updating me when things changed. I ALWAYS had to email you guys in order to get any kind of update. There has been numerous times since my first contact with you that you said you would do something and it never happened.

I would still like to order a lift kit from you guys...IF you can get one out to me in a reasonable amount of time. I am ready to order anytime. Please let me know soon.

Hopefully some other members can chime in with their two cents.

After a week in the bush, I am back home and reading your reply above. If Melissa says she called you and didnt reach you, really, what is she to do, just keep hitting redial or go on about her day with other work? Sorry if that sounds brutish but come on.

Now, here we are today, Sunday before our Thanks Giving and I am going to try to help you out, we are shipping product to the U.S. through our courier on Tuesday, meaning it will be on route on Wednesday. We can try and get this taken care of before Tuesday morning if you like and have a kit on its way to you this week. Just let me know via email since I'll be checking that this weekend while we are closed.

She said she called once, yet I had no missed call or voicemail. We were in contact via email, so would it have been to hard to shoot me an email letting me know she tried calling? Anyways, it's done and over with and I'm not gonna sit here and continue to argue about it. I've had to run the rzr around in the mud and snow for over a week now with no front fenders because I could not get a lift from you guys. That makes it real fun in all the mud and slop out in the mountains right now. If you want to sell me a lift, you or her can email me with the info you need from me. Just would have been nice to have it before my hunt so I didn't have to remove my front fenders to clear the new tires.

send me your #, if we already have it, tell me whats a good time to call, its 2:22 here where we are.

Could be worse than just no front fenders, I was 8 hours away looking for Mrs Bullwinkle and the front diff on my RZR sounded like a bad car crash the first time I tried to run down a trail :( Its going to be a lengthy repair I think....
