Lmao!!!. He will crack up when I tell him. I have no idea what he was drinking. You are probably right. He tells me its for his heart condition. I have never seen my Dad even buzzed. A week before that trip he had just quit a long addiction to cigars. Nasty stuff and he hasn't touched them since. Im sure a little wine helped take his mind off of the cigars. Actually its cognac that he drinks.

This isn't NASCAR guys. You can turn right, I thought. I did see a wreck bc a sand rail actually turned left. He was racing another and his car shut down just as another $150k sand rail tried to play catch up. He couldn't stop in time and hit the other in the side. He only popped his bead but you could tell he was pissed. I would venture to guess the majority of the wrecks out at the hill have alcohol involved. I don't drink and drive or ride.
You can do whatever you want. I only go to Dumont about 14 times a season so I may not understand how things work out there. I did notice in the short video you posted that you were the only be that went right and that a quad in your first run veered right to stay out of your way. I was just stating a fact for safety reasons. Trails don't have signs on blind turns but smart people follow the unwritten rules and slow down through them. I'm starting to understand why blow dryers have tags that say don't use in the tub. Sometimes the obvious isn't so obvious I guess. Do what you do. Wasn't trying to start an issue.

And desert guy you might want to send this message to both Curtis Sparks cars as they were taking the same routes. I agree that you should go with the flow if the hill which is to the left. There was no flow bc there wasn't enough people even shooting the hill.

Well power is one thing. Safe power and overall throttle response/fuel mapping is another. While my car may make decent numbers it's not likely that is anywhere near as safe as far as a tune goes, and it's not likely that my set up has as clean of a map as you guys likely have with your swaps. From my point of view your ecu and sensor set up is what we've all been waiting for. Having an active knock sensor, IAT sensor and an ecu reacting to their input by pulling timing and or boost when needed is the right way to turbo. My set up runs off tps until it's in boost. It works but it's not very capable of all throttle/vacuum/ boost scenarios. You guys really have a good set up going on there, beyond just hp numbers.
Get yourself a Vipec and add a few sensors..
It was time to stop spending lol.....

I dont care who he's talking to, I can't read tags or warnings. It's a good rule of thumb nevertheless. Better late than never I guess. Seemed to me like everyone did as they pleased. You know rails and what not just carving around the drag Hills and what not.. Dirtbikes jumping into the crowd..

So Curtis Sparks cars did it so its OK. Didn't know that was what dictated safe duning. I will call them before I go next time so they can tell me how things are. I see you didn't address the fact that the video shows you were the only one going right. Like I said, not trying to start an issue just pointing out that's not how the hill works. The video shows that. More videos on YouTube show that. And yes, my experiences out there shows that. If your going to start an internet argument at least begin with facts, they are very helpful. There is your duning 101.

That will bring your engine temps down to normal. Since it started to pop on the 2nd run could an engine that gets too hot cause detonation? It ran clean on the 1st run at the hill, turning left at the top of course.

It wasn't detonation, it was blowing the spark out. That's what everyone tells me at least.
I don't think the radiator will solve that problem. I'll know more tomorrow. I'm gonna adress a few issues and see what it's gonna take to beat the the so called wastecan car.. Aka (king of the hill dumont presidents day weekend 2014)# my car ran like shit#i let Matt win# only races cars he knows he can beat# turns right on one way hills#needs dune lessons..

Couldn't get me to reply with your post that only agreed with my experience so you have to comment on only turning left at the top. Your so clever ! Grow up. Assumptions are a bitch. Entitled? I came from nothing and built a business that allowed me to retire at 38. See ya desert. Ctown we talked about spark plug gap several times. You said it wasn't that bc you already were at .020. Come on bro, make that thing run right. Don't be clowning on my car that tiptoed past Godzilla.

For being such a smart duner you are an idiot on this forum. You say you are done but your name is still at the bottom bc you just can't help to read this thread. Go post some where else or post something nice. Didn't your parents teach you that? I'm sure you are a nice guy (again assumptions are a bitch) and you made a great observation. If you would have left it at that I wouldn't still be writing this crap.
