CNC machined from solid 7075-T6 aluminum for superior resilience, strength and style.

Machining allows us to make tight turns in the shape of the arm maximizing the clearance area without bending or stressing the material in any way. Unbending will not be an issue with the I beam shaped cross section which puts the strength where it is needed most. Once your camber is set, you can count on it staying there.

We are using Hardened Chromoly Heim joints at both ends of each arm allowing them to move freely with the forward and back motion created by the radial action of the trailing arm.

Normally this dual Heim joint design will leave the raised portion of the arms free to flop around. Our solution for this was to add separate control arms to stabilize the radius arms through their entire stroke. The control arms completely and effectively eliminate the flopping issue without creating any sort of binding condition.

The Heim joints are positioned so the shafts point straight at each other. Heim joint shafts, like anything else break much easier when there are forces applied from the side. Most high clearance arms that you see place the Heim shafts at an angle exposing them to side load. That's why they tend to snap. Positioning the Heim shafts so they point straight at the forces being applied to them eliminates side load on the Heim shafts. This maximizes the effectiveness of the 16,238 lbs. ultimate radial static load of the Heim.

Made in the USA.
