Was at a desert race and had a driver tell me that he had switched all 8 of his CVs from the stock XP 900 units to the CVs from the 570 RZR. He said they were stronger.
Anyone ever heard of this our done it ?

Yes it works great, DF makes a complete cv with a larger axel and the price is about same as stock :ride:
Thanks Gridman::icon_thumleft: so the 570 CV's are bigger thats interesting.
I assume they bolt right up?
I should probably know this but who is DF? I have a long travel on mine so a stock axle wont fit but I's like to comapre pricing on CV's.

I am running 570 cv's on my Lonestar long travel.(rear only) They also purchase the stock 570 axle and use them on their axles. You get a larger cv along with more articulation. As of now I cant find anyone just selling the 570 cv.

Thanks all, I'm going to switch over.
I'm not too smart so one question, Polaris shows different part numbers for front and rear 570 CV's, do I just match up per the location from machine to machine or is there a single outer that will work? I'm pretty sure the splines are different for the inner cv's from front to rear but I may be wrong.

We sell complete rear 570 axles for less than Polaris list price, so feel free to call us.

I do not believe the 570 setup will work in an 800. And on a 900, the front and rear axles are not interchangeable. The 570 upgrade is for the REAR axles ONLY.
