Hey guys, finally getting around to posting the 27' stacker we built for a customer. Here are pictures of the trailer ready to go to the paint shop.

Yes, it has 2 - 48" side doors, one on each side and they are suicide. That's what the customer wanted! This way they open against the side of the trailer inside of sticking out the front of the trailer when open.

We built the frame with rectangular tubing. Wow is it strong! The side skin is .060 aluminum and the interior skin is .040. It has a 6000# Gemini auto lift in it with a loft. You can put a car, 2 rzrs and 2 street bikes in it. The 3 vents on the sides are RV microwave vents to let the heat out since it is 13' 5" tall, no roof vent. The owner thought of this. Not good for winter! But he lives in Florida.

The floor has the rubber coin glued down and on the ramp gate too. We designed our own electric motor system to lift the ramp gate using 2" straps. It is heavy and strong.

Now for those wondering what that is on the front. It is a jack and it is mobile. The idrive trailer drive system. It will move the trailer around the parking lot and raise and lower the front. Get your coach close and then bring the trailer to it. If you get in a parking lot and can't get out, unhook the trailer to move it and rehook up to get on your way.

8k torflex axles with 17.5" G rated Michelin tires on Alcoas. Rated at 24k. The trailer weighs 13k empty.

Thats a sweet trailer, I wish mine had some of the options yours has............I like the way you put the lights on the wall rather then on the ceiling it make more head room, every inch counts.
The Idrive system is a sweet option. Do you have any idea what the tung weight is on that bad boy?
Dang I should of had you build me one........Nice work!

2280 is the tongue weight right now. The idrive is about 500 pounds I bet. Yes, that is why the lights are on the walls. I can build you one!

The coaches I build have 40k hitches. Also, you stack 2 vehicles in the back and you will lighten the tongue weight. I pulled it with my Dodge dually the other day. It wasn't scared of the weight!
