Anybody tried using 25x10x12 Bighorns or Terracross all the way around (front and back) ?? If so, any rub in the front on a stock RZR?
Thanks.

Anyone, anyone, anyone??? I am looking to do the same and get a set 5 with matching rims and mount the spare on the rear to help keep it balanced in the air. I have 26ers now and they rub bad, keeps getting worse (shocks fading?)

I might as well recycle an old thread, rather than starting new. I have 25x10x12 Bighorns on a Grizzly, on all 4 corners. I really liked the way they work on that machine. The more "square cut" tread profile of the rear tires seemed to really help out with the tippiness issue that machine has, when mounted on the front. They were also excellent on snow, this machine floats really well with them.

Anyway, we just picked up a new 50" RZR and plan to sell the Griz. I'm thinking about swapping the Bighorns with the stockers before it goes. I want to run them on the stock wheels with factory offset to maintain 50" Anyone tried this combo?

I did that with 9" all around taken from my Grizzly, it worked ok for me. Don't know that one inch is that much difference?

Well, I can confirm that 25x10x12 Bighorns do fit on all 4 corners. Just got back from having them swapped. There is no issue on the front. On the back, it clears the motor mount, but JUST. I had about 1/4 inch clearance, on used tires. Probably enough, but I did some grinding on the motor mount anyway. They look much better than the donut tires that were on stock; I much prefer the more square profile.

On a related note...what the heck were Polaris engineers smoking when the came up with that motor mount? I suspect that the motor and mount were lifted from the 800 Sportaman and the frame attachment scabbed on to allow use of existing parts. But is sure is a cobble job, looking at the motor there doesn't appear to be any reason the mount couldn't have been designed differently to tuck in inside or at least closer to the frame rail. The design really limits tire options without jumping through some hoops to make things work. It also is right in front of the damn oil filter, making changing it more difficult than necessary. I wish they would put a bit more engineering effort into addressing issues like this, instead of focusing on Bold New Graphics every year.

Do any of the aftermarket suppliers make a mount that addresses these issues?
